This policy explains what Carlos Locksmith does with the information you give when you request a booking.
Only to do the job you asked for: getting to you, quoting, carrying out the work, taking payment, and keeping a record of it.
We do not share, sell, rent or purchase your personal information. Your details are used to carry out your own bookings and nothing else.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with the subcontractors who support the service — the technician who attends, the carrier that delivers our text messages, the processor that takes card payments — is permitted so that the work can be done. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
When you give your mobile number on the booking form, you agree that Carlos Locksmith may text you about that booking — confirming we have it, telling you how the job is going, and reminding you if a balance is unpaid. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not cancel your booking — we will reach you by phone instead.
Only the people who need to: the technician doing the work, and the services that carry our messages and take card payments on our behalf. They may only use it to provide that service to us, and never for their own marketing. We do not give your details to anyone else, and we do not buy customer details from anyone.
As long as we need it for the work and for our own records and tax obligations. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are required to keep them.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply STOP to end texts.
